Job Description and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute Visa Commercial Solutions (VCS) LMM (large & medium market) product strategy, including new product development and solutioning, technical innovation, and market positioning. Identify and address B2B payment challenges, designing optimal payment solutions in collaboration with Product and Solution sales teams
- Develop product plans, provide feedback, and collaborate with global LMM Core product teams to prioritize and maintain product roadmap to drive future growth.
- Lead the development of end-to-end solutions for specific industry verticals such as fleet, agriculture, and healthcare, ensuring scalability across multiple markets. Fully understand Visa’s commercial platforms, including virtual cards and mobile capabilities, and identify opportunities to leverage these solutions
- Promote the adoption of Visa’s commercial products for B2B use cases in physical, virtual, and mobile formats. Drive business results, pipeline development, and growth in the LMM segment through sales outreach and go-to-market activities.
- Work with market teams to develop and execute sales pipeline in LMM Programs in the region, introducing new B2B products and services as appropriate. Work collaboratively with the client deal teams working on selling strategies, executing, optimizing portfolio as well as commercial arrangements.
- Engage with issuers, large corporates, and new partners to drive B2B payment opportunities and support growth. Create and enhance collateral to support B2B opportunities and new payment flows within the region.
- Conduct deep research and understanding of specific verticals, leveraging Visa assets and collaborating with partners to provide industry expertise and capabilities.
- Be a thought leader and champion of innovation by staying current with industry trends, representing Visa in Business forums and market activities as subject matter expert. Maintain a thorough understanding of B2B payments and services used by buyers to pay suppliers and vice versa.
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager.
Qualifications
• Candidate with 12 or more years of commercial card and/or payments experience along with a Master’s degree, MBA or Advanced Degree is desirable
• Proven track record of developing and executing a product vision for successful products based on deep understanding of LMM customer needs, May come from a bank, ERP system, acquirer, procurement network, procurement consultancy, or card network.
• Experience managing and developing strong partnership with technology teams to influence and co-create shared roadmaps
• Commercially driven mindset with the ability to demonstrate the financial success of initiatives, including strong financial, analytical, collaborative, and product skills.
• Experience working with pricing and deal modeling teams on specific opportunities.
• Strong influencing skills to negotiate and build relationships with internal and external business partners, gaining their confidence and establishing open and transparent relationships.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to represent Visa to bank customers, enabling partners, and corporate prospects, while embodying Visa’s values.
• Natural collaborator, with excellent communication skills and strong executive presence
• Must be self-motivated and comfortable with ambiguity, possessing the maturity and competence to influence across multiple levels and organizations including internal and external stakeholders
